May we take this opportunity to welcome all new and existing patients to Jevington Dental Practice.
Our aim is to provide a friendly yet professional service for all our patients with current evidence based advice and dental treatment using the latest equipment and technology. Always putting the care and welfare of our patients at the forefront of our thoughts.
The practice has two ground floor surgeries. We therefore hope the practice is easily accessible for all our patients. Languages currently spoken at the practice are English, Hindi, Gujarati, Nepalease, We are also able to book an interpreter and can order leaflets in alternative formats if required.

Emergency and Out of hours
We will endeavour to see our registered patients in case of an emergency as soon as reasonably possible the nature of such an appointment may mean we will only be offer limited time slots during the day, please call us as early as possible for an emergency. When the Dental Practice is closed and in the event of a dental emergency outside of our hours please ring 111 who will direct you as appropriate.
Referrals
At times we refer patients to local specialist practices or hospitals for more complex procedures. The dentist will discuss these options with you fully if required and you will be given contact details of the referring centre.
OUR TREATMENTS
Jevington Dental Practice offers a range of Private treatment in addition to and at times supplement treatment provided on the National Health Service.
Such treatment and its long-term care and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the clinician performing the treatment and NOT the practice. Any issues relating to the private treatment will be referred to the performing clinician for resolution. In the event the performing clinician leaves the practice a forwarding address will be provided for communication and resolution.
OUR CLINICAL STAFF
Dr Achal Mehta BDS (Hons), GDC NO- 104020
Qualified from the Royal London Dental Hospital in 2006. Since then I spent a year in a hospital training post and worked in practices in Manchester, Ipswich and London before joining Jevington Dental Practice in 2009. I enjoy all aspects of General Practice with particular interest in preventative and minimally invasive dentistry. I have completed post graduate training program in dental ethics and law along with dental education and was assigned to be a mentor to younger dentists in 2016.
Dr Jasmin Devaraja BDS GDC No- 284274
Qualified from Kings College Dental School in 2019. Currently working at Jevington dental practice on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday
Dr Pujaa Patel BDS MFDS PgDip (Primary Dental Care) GDC NO- 252322
Dr Pujaa Patel qualified Dental School at the University of Manchester in 2014. She has since returned to Lee and has gained further experience in practices in Kent and London. She works Friday mornings on a private basis providing clear aligner treatments
Dr Vam Nagala GDC NO- 154775
Vam originally trained at the Royal London Hospital, graduating as a dentist in 2008 and since completed his Advanced Clinical Diploma as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Dentistry, in the field of periodontology. He has conducted clinical research as well as co-authored several publications in key British journals.
Vam’s caring and patient focused approach is an integral aspect of how he treats our patients. His unique mix of experience in Periodontics, Implantology and Oral Surgery enables him to offer these services to patients. Works at Jevington dental practice on Tuesday
Maksuda Robayet GDC NO- 235640
Maksuda is an experienced hygienist provides hygienist service across multiple practices in South east london and works with us on Thursday.
Katie Gallienne GDC NO- 225409.
Katie has been with Jevington dental practice for 11 years she has overall responsibility in developing practice policies and keeping upto date with the latest development to ensure our patients are treated to the highest standards. She brings a professional yet friendly approach to her work. She combines her management duties with being the Oral Health Educator for the practice taking sessions to provide personalised advise to help improve oral health understanding amongst the patient community.
Staff Development
All clinical staff are registered with the General Dental Council and are required to regularly attend updates and meetings to keep their names on the register. We actively encourage our staff to develop professionally and to constantly update their skills and knowledge.
