Before your visit please download our Medical history form for new patients and bring the completed form with you and a list of any medications you may be taking.

There is easy access to the practice with ample off street parking.

We are on the 273 Bus route.

First Visit
Please give an extra 10-15 minutes before the appointment for parking and completing additional patient registration forms. On your first visit you will have a consultation which will take approximately 30 minutes.
This involves examination and screening of the soft tissues, teeth and gums, often X-Rays will be taken. This is an opportunity to evaluate your needs. You will be encouraged to discuss your desires and concerns, as we formulate a treatment plan together.
We accept Cash and most major Credit/Debit cards. Payment will be taken as treatment progresses.
Please give 24 hours notice for any cancellation so your time may be offered to other patients.
